HOW TO CREATE A SOCIAL MEDIA PLAN?

Secara dasarnya kita kena decide ni dulu:
- yg mana satu nak pakai?
- apa objektif
- mcm mana nak tahu menjadi ke idak
- ada bajet tak
- sape yg nak buat 😬

Yg mana satu nak pakai?
Tak semestinya semua social media nak kena pakai. Brapa byk social media platform kat dlm dunia ni! 😅

So pakai yg mana target customer kita pakai, dah ok. Sebab, different platform will attract different audience.

Camne nak tahu yg mana satu cust kita pakai?
1. Tanya diorg atau buat survey secara online or offline
2. Agak2 je lah 🤣

Apa objektif?

U hv to set ur objective...do u want:
- more referrals
-awareness
- increase sales
- customer service
apa2 je la..

Juz dont set stupid goals. Ur goals must be achievable...it can take time but achievable.

I always set my goal as "awareness" and "to create audience" and nvr "increase sales" (or as secondary). Why? To my opinion, if u dont hv audience and they are not aware of ur existence and benefits to dem....sales wont happen. Some people, terus set "increase sale" as their primary goal. Boleh, bukan salah pun. Cuma if u hv _true followers_ sales AND repeat sales can happen.

Camana nak tahu jadi ke idak?

Sm people diorg measure dari segi brapa byk followers dia dpt...some sales increase ke idak...dsbnya.  Ok, we hv to be careful w followers coz hvg many followers doesnt mean dey can be translated to sales. Sm people ada sampai 100k, 200k flwers...tapi klu yg membeli tak sampai 10% meaning tak kena target la tu (ataupun, nampak sgt
BELI! 😬). Ok, increase sales.....i prefer u already set a % of increase...say, "within 6mths sales shld increase by 25%" then u cek la. It is not as easy as "last mth buat 10k bulan ni buat 15k?" dah kira increase ek? 😅

Ada bajet tak ?

Mmmmm...yg ni i touch on "fb ads" lah...senang 😆

Klu nak cepat...of coz "paid advertising" but dis doesnt always translate to sales. Some people juz like ur content or fb page juz becoz dey like da cause, or ur pics, or even ur name..cthnya. unless targeted betul2 to ur target segment.

Ada sifu kata... "klu setakat bajet rm10 sehari, baik takyah" well...klu itu aje bajet yg ada, nak buat camne ? 🤣 but what u can do is...u do a very tight target...my be even target to a particular location or even a segment je dulu. I always hv dis thkg of "everything must start smwhere". Then as ur sales grow, hv a bigger _advertising budget_

Sape nak buat?

Sendiri la kena buat! 🤣

Unless u ada bajet, u bleh hire staff utk buat. 😬👍🏼

Kata la u kena buat sendiri...running of da biz pun u kena buat...sales...marketing...amik anak sekolah....tepon bini to say "i love u"...so sempat ke ??

What u can do is to hv a schedule...in a day how many hrs u akan spend on social media mktg...may be 2hrs? 3hrs? Hari2 ke? Dua hari skali ke ? Ok...so masa ni...jgn buat benda lain...fokus! Emails... social media...etc tak akan pernah habis...so klu kita main ad hoc je...kejap bukak, kejap2 bukak lagi...bila masa nak buat benda lain...end up 2-3 benda buat at da same time...hilang fokus nanti... one word, "time management". We hv soooo many "distractions" IG/FB/Pinterest/G+/member ajak gi minum/etc.

So hope dis helps with our basic social media marketing understanding.
