Last nite i was chit chatting with a real estate agent and he was asking for my opinion on selling. Im sure in dis room there are a few property agent. Well...may be u can share some thoughts on ur selling process/technics. Boleh kita belajar sama2. My opinion, when u sell u hv to go in dis order: 1. Why 2. How 3. What People need to know why dey shld buy ur product (or property) - WHY. Means, what can it solve hence da benefit of ur prods to dem - HOW. Then comes ur prods - WHAT I was in Property & Resort Development since 2005-2012...whenever we sell a home or land...we never start with da products. We always start with A DREAM. We sell dem a dream and/or what can dey achieve - WHY. To achieve da dream may be u can start talking abt da amenities, facilities, surrounding areas, etc - HOW. Alas, now dat dey knw da dream and how to achieve it...then comes ur prod - WHAT. If u juz show dem a piece of land...silap2 hutan semak pun tak clear lagi. By da looks o
